FAQ

What warranty is offered?

We offer a one year warranty against defects on Aphrodite, Athena, Jolie, Nikki, and Venus. Please always double-check the warranty included with your item for the most accurate information.

All warranty claims must be processed through the retailer you purchased from.

Your Divine Collection item is warranted to the original purchaser only, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of sale. Excluded from this limited warranty are defects in any Divine Collection product that have been modified or altered, including but not limited to the use of adhesives and/or adhesive solvents that have not been recommended for use with the product.

The Divine Collection adhesive back layer is not warranted in any respect. The on-going performance is directly related to certain factors beyond the manufacturer’s control, such as the proper cleaning and care of the breastplate, perspiration levels, skin type, exudates (body oils), moisture, diet and personal hygiene.

The manufacturer will replace the item if it is found to be defective during the warranty period. Transportation, postage, and insurance charges are the consumer’s responsibility. The manufacturer will not be liable for any damages, including consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, or special damages, caused by any defect in this product beyond the amount of the replacement product. No warranty will be offered on the replacement item.

How do Divine
Collection prosthetics differ from other breast forms?

Our prosthetics are designed to be adhered to the body, and feature a silicone skin. This creates the most true illusion to the body.

In addition, the silicone skin and silicone feel allows for more sensation to be felt through the breast itself. This creates more natural sensation when squeezing the breast, and makes our breasts (and hips) more natural than other products available.

What adhesives are safe to use with Divine
Collection prosthetics?

We have only tested a small selection of adhesive that we have deemed to be safe to be used with our products:

  • Factor II B-400 Secure Silicone Adhesive
  • Hollister 7730 Adapt Spray Adhesive
  • Torbot Skin Tac Adhesive Wipes

Use of other adhesives may lead to damage of the silicone or may not work. Please note that use of adhesives or removers that have not been recommended will void your manufacturers’ warranty.

What adhesive removers are safe to use with Divine
Collection prosthetics?

The following adhesive removers have been deemed safe to use with our prosthetics:

  • Factor II B-508 Medical Adhesive Solvent
  • Hollister 7731 Adapt Spray Adhesive Remover
  • Torbot Tac Away Adhesive Wipes

Small amounts of baby oil may be used in extreme cases only, but should be washed thoroughly with lots of breast form wash and water, and then wiped down with acetone and allowed to air dry.

Use of other removers may lead to damage of the silicone. Please note that use of adhesives or removers that have not been recommended will void your manufacturers’ warranty.

Why can't I buy direct?

We only work with specific retailers and/or distributors, so that we can spend our time on crafting our products.

Can I sleep in Divine
Collection prosthetics?

Yes! Unlike traditional prosthetics, our breasts, plates, and hips are all designed to be safe while sleeping. Wearing something supportive or using additional adhesive may help prevent migration. Sleep with caution, as rough movements may lead to damage.

I have an idea for a new prosthetic. Who do I contact?

We are always working on developing new prosthetics and we love hearing your feedback! If you have an idea for a new prosthetic, or a way to improve something we offer, please contact us.

I had a mastectomy / lumpectomy. Can I wear Divine
Collection prosthetics?

Our products were designed for the male-born body. For this reason, we have found that Divine Collection products do not often lay nicely on surgery sites, or may not duplicate or mirror breast tissue in the most ideal of ways.

In addition, it is important to note that although we use the highest quality silicone available, our products have not gone through FDA or Health Canada testing, and are therefore ineligible for most insurance claims.

Always speak with a doctor before trying a new prosthetic, and work with a certified breast form fitter.
